Christian Young Adults Ministry’s Mission
As a 501(c)(3) (EIN 39-4020545) nonprofit religious organization, our mission is to lead young adults (18-29) to the one true God and eternal life in Jesus Christ (1 John 5:20), the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and who lives in us through the Holy Spirit (John 16:7-9, 14:16, 14:26, and 15:26, Romans 8:11, Galatians 2:20, Ephesians 3:17). We increase our faith in Him daily through His Word (Romans 10:17, Matthew 4:4, Matthew 6:11), prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17), worship (Exodus 20:3-5, Matthew 4:10, 1 Chronicles 16:9, Psalm 100:2), and Bible studies, while creating lifelong Godly friendships through retreats, and fellowship (Acts 2:42).
Increasing Faith, Encouraging Fellowship
CYAM was born out of a passion for the current and future generation of young adults (18-29) to draw closer to Jesus and live boldly for Him, to truly be living sacrifices. We strive to have hearts on fire for God, total surrender, to walk in the manner in which we have been called. We are to be doers of the word, not hearers only. Not sinless, but sinning less.
We see a need for a young adult Christ-centered community in a culture often distracted by social media, idols, false religions/gods, lust, addiction, and worldly or fleshly desires. This and every generation needs Jesus, the real Jesus. CYAM exists to be that place, where young adults can either come to faith in Christ for the first time or deepen their walk with Him. Through fellowship, Godly friendships, and discipleship, young adults are equipped to grow in their faith and live out God’s will for their lives. We warmly invite you to join us on this journey of faith and fellowship.
